Skincare favourites (Eczema)
Hello everyone! Hope you're all doing well and managing to cope in this heat if you're from the UK! As many of you know I suffer pretty badly with eczema and it's something I've struggled with my entire life, my skin is very sensitive and I have quite a few allergies so I've always struggled with finding products that help. However, recently I have found a few products that I love and seem to be helping so I thought I would share them with you all incase I can help those of you who suffer with eczema or sensitive skin or even if you're just looking to try new products.
The first product well brand technically that I love is Cetraben. I use their cream a lot as well as their cleanser. The oat range is lovely too and really soothing. I was prescribed Cetraben by the doctors a few years ago and I've found it really helps when my skin is very dry and sore plus it doesn't sting which is a good thing! I even carry a little bottle of it in my handbag for when I'm out and about as my hands are always getting dry especially after I've washed them as some soaps can be very drying.
The next brand that I love is Aveeno, they've been my go to for years! However, recently they've brought out a new skincare line which includes a cleanser, toner, moisturiser and serum. These products are now an everyday staple for me and are part of my skincare routine. I was really struggling to find a cleanser and toner that worked without feeling like my face is on fire so I was so glad when I found out they were bringing out a skincare range as there isn't a product of theirs that I don't love. I've had a lot of compliments recently about how good the skin looks on my face as it used to be very red and blotchy but now its pretty clear. I do still get dryness but not as badly. Also, can we talk about how pretty the packaging is on this range, I know it's not about the packaging it's about the product inside but still it's nice to have products that look pretty on your shelves haha.
The last product/brand I want to talk about is one I discovered recently through Tik Tok called Delhicious Body. I saw a Tik Tok where someone had commented saying 'I think you've found the cure for eczema’ so I had a look at their Instagram and saw all of the amazing reviews as well as all of the before and after photos. I ordered some of their Migh-Tea moisture balm to try as I had been suffering really badly with huge red blotches that looked like heat rash especially on my arms and they were very itchy as well as very painful. I'm not kidding you when I say I saw a difference within 24 hours. It went down dramatically! Now you can't even tell their was a rash there. The balm smells amazing and feels amazing on your skin and again the packaging is so nice as well as environmentally friendly.
Thank you all so much for reading and I hope that you found this blog post helpful!
